What is Transactions per day?
Confirmed on-chain transactions in a 24-hour period.
Useful for spotting congestion and cyclical patterns. Structurally undercounts economic activity, because Lightning payments, internal exchange transfers and batched withdrawals do not appear as separate on-chain transactions.
A single batched withdrawal can settle hundreds of user payments, so the series says as much about exchange operational practice as about usage.
